OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS

We have had an awesome turn of events this last few weeks, planning the Garden layout for this years new crop rotation.  Adding more fruit trees to our collection of  fruit!

Two more apple trees ,  a plum tree, a sour cherry tree,  as well as a pear tree.

Thanks to Karen who has made our Garden an extraordinary hit . Her hard work in drawing up the plans for htis year's  crop will ensure a  harvest of wholesome food that will people in need. Thanks for getting our new t-shirts and for getting our new tools to make our work easier and more efficient.

Thanks to Gwen for all her hard work this past winter in getting additional funding for our Garden supplies as well as our seeding and new fruit trees.

Thanks to Dennis's determation to get his family out and help clean up the Garden for this years planting day!   ( this Tuesday May 20, 2008)

Thanks to Pat for all his hard work on the rototilling of the Garden, and BigD's clearing walk ways. and Karen's and Gwen's pulling out all the weeds from the Garden beds.

We are pleased to say we are ready for planting seeds and giving to others again!

Next week We will be honoured to welcome and have April, Patricia, Robin and Denise help us with our planting season.
